HOW TO MAKE A FAUX FLOWER WREATH

It's the finishing touches that make decorating your home complete and a custom made wreath could be the solution.

There is so much choice available but it isn't always easy to find the perfect solution for your personal style and taste.

Now is the time to get crafty and make your own with our step by step guide.

STEP ONE

Select your tools and ingredients. We have used the following:

30cm vine wreath

Assorted eucalyptus

Assorted dried grasses and bunny ears

Faux flowers - roses, blushing bride protea, succulents, meadow cornflowers

Binding wire

Paper covered wire

Wire cutters

STEP TWO

Make several small bunches of your chosen flowers and foliage

STEP THREE

Wrap wire around the wreath and twist together at back. Without cutting the wire, lay one bunch at a time and secure

to wreath with a continuous wire wrapping movement. Continue to add bunches - for every two bunches facing outwards,

add one bunch facing inwards. As you start to meet your start point, lift the starting bunches and slot your final bunches

underneath whilst still securing with the wire. When complete, twist the wire off with your intial loose end.
